Meet the Business Owner

Jake has been in the recycling industry in the Bay Area for over 20 years. He is a third generation recycler. His parents were responsible for building the first multi-family solar powered homes in America (in Oakland). This condominium complex is still housing it's happy residents. Mr. Cherry (Jake's father) started his career working for the Public Utilities Commission in San Francisco. Amongst other accomplishments, Mr. Cherry is credited for improving energy efficiency for residents of California, as well as extending boundaries of several state parks.
