Bagster Giveaway

Rated 4.7 out of 5 by by Riniboo Not cheap but good solution for DIYers Several years ago, Bagster was called "Rhino bag" in my area and I used it for my DIY landscaping project, I loved it. Recently we moved to a new home and I am doing the landscaping + paving stone project again. This time, I purchased 2 bags from home depot and as soon as I topped up the bags, I ordered the pick up online at Bagster's web site with credit card. On the 2nd day after ordering, the WM truck showed up and my 2 bags were gone. The best part was that Bagster actually sent me notification email on the morning of the pick up day, so I knew they were coming. I was at home at that time and it was pretty enjoyable to watch the whole process. It looked pretty scary since the dirt + old concrete slabs was really heavy but the amazing Bagster bags held up perfectly fine. I have to agree that it maybe little bit more expensive than renting the metal bin when you order more than 1 bag but there are 2 points I want to make: (1) the convenience of taking your time to fill up the bags is what you pay for, especially for DIY projects. You can have the bag sitting there for several weeks. (2) It is good for impulse DIYers - the people like me. Waking up in the morning 1 day before the long weekend, all of a sudden I want to dig the ground without previous planning. Guess what? I did call many metal bin companies but none were available because of the long weekend, and even there were they would not make it in time for delivery, so Bagster was my alternative and perfect solution. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by TTYDIY Quick easy-simple Time is money and worth every penny-you know that with Bagster your junk is going to a proper location and not being dumped in a ravine when nobody's looking by some passing junk man. Buy two if you think you have more than a garage or attic clear out-cheaper that way. We fit a lot of garbage in ours, -garage, attic and a tool shed of junk. You walk in pay and I prefer the online service and they keep you updated with timely emails. The trucks move in like stealth bombers the Bagster was there one minute then gone when we had finished breakfast. So why destroy your vehicle using it to haul junk to the dump?-***not free either -weigh in and weigh out $$$ September 25, 2011

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by MrPootawn Waste of time, falsely advertised on TV Remembering those commercials? A happy couple throws their entire kitchen into the bagster (cabinets, counter tops, sink etc)... That is a lie. This thing holds 3300 pounds if you're tossing 4 x 8 drywall sheets. Anything else and there are way too many restrictions, especially for landscaping material. Pickup is overpriced (200 bucks) and the bag itself is flimsy. Get a real dumpster (not through WM) and save yourself one more hassle during your project. June 28, 2014
