The PanIIT Organizing Committee has worked out a tie-up with FCm Travel Solutions, one of the world's leading travel management companies. FCm is headquartered in Australia, with a major presence in 24 cities in India. 

FCm has negotiated special rates for PanIIT 2008 delegates from a wide cross section of hotels, guest-houses and serviced apartments in Chennai. Hotel discounts range from 15% to 40%, and FCm will also take care of air and train reservations, transfers, car hire, and packages in and around Chennai before, during and after the conference.
